As students across St. Louis prepared to return to the classroom, Passback participated in three back-to-school events to help ensure that sports equipment was part of the conversation—and part of students’ school-year experience.

These numbers represent more than sports equipment. Every ball, pair of cleats, glove, and piece of athletic gear creates an opportunity for a young person to participate, build confidence, connect with teammates, and discover what they can accomplish.


When we think about back-to-school, athletics can sometimes get left out of the conversation—but it’s a crucial part of the school experience. From PE departments to athletic programs, sports give students opportunities to learn, grow, build confidence, and feel like they belong. Student-athletes deserve to start the school year with the equipment they need to show up, compete, and reach their full potential. Coaches are teachers too, and just like any educator, they need the right equipment and resources to help their students thrive.
